Delaware School of Real Estate offers the 99-hour Delaware Real Estate Pre-Licensing course in a day session as well as an evening session:
 
  * Day session classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with a 1 hour break from 12:00 to 1:00pm)
 
  * Evening session classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 
 
Cost of the program is $595 which includes tuition and books. 
 
For Winter 2026, we will be holding both a DAY and an EVENING SESSION - day class dates are February 16th to March 23rd; evening class dates are January 13th to March 31st. 
 
The format for our Winter classes will be LIVE DISTANCE EDUCATION via Zoom.  Students must have a computer with internet access (desktop, laptop or tablet), functioning video camera, microphone and speakers to participate in the live virtual instruction.  Students are required to remain visible on camera at all times during the class.
