Delaware School of Real Estate offers the 99-hour Delaware Real Estate Pre-Licensing course in a day session as well as an evening session:
 
  * Day classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with a 1 hour break from 12:00 to 1:00pm)
  * Evening classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 
 
Cost of the program is $595 which includes tuition and books. 
 
The format for our Winter classes will be LIVE DISTANCE EDUCATION via Zoom.  Students must have a computer with internet access (desktop, laptop or tablet), functioning video camera, microphone and speakers to participate in the live virtual instruction.  Students are required to remain on camera at all times during the class.
